Day One

Today starts my 3 month weight loss challenge! Its amazing the motivation a competition with a little cash prize can do.  So please don’t temp with yummy sweets or the forbid Cadbury  eggs (because I have absolutely no self control when it comes to those) I will be trying best to fulfill my sugar tooth the natural way with fruits.  I think to keep my on the ball I’ll track my progress via this blog.  The goal is to lose 10% of my weight…that simple…ok well it sounds much more simple then I expect it to be.  So wish me luck and check back next week to see if I’ve had any success.
